Loes
Hi Claudia, Hope you're reading this before I will be teaching at your APQS studio next week! On your cutting table you are using separate puzzle-shaped cutting mats, "puzzled" precisely together into one large mat. Do you sell these too, or are those just for your own use in your store? If you sell them, I would like to order enough elements to cover a 1.50x1.50 m. table. If you don't carry them in your store, then I would love to know where to get them Good luck with the Open House and don't forget to eat and sleep every now and then! See you on January 16th! Laurie
The link for those mats is this: http://www.joann.com/joann/catalog.jsp?CATID=cat3545&PRODID=prd23955 I just ordered 2 sets - they were on sale 40% off and I got free shipping! They will come in handy when I go on my annual Twisted Stitcher retreat next month.
Loes
Yeah, that's exactly what I mean! But... we don't have Joann's here in Europe, so I am still hoping Claudia carries them. If not, I'll get them when we're in the USA in March/ April or else in May at MQS. Thanks! Loes

PattyJo
What an interesting concept. I went to Joann's and checked it out. Did you see that it is NOT a self healing mat? Does that matter. The mats that I have are all self healing. Just wondering.
Laurie
I did notice that. My thought is that I would only use them on retreats or classes and then they wouldn't be getting cut in the same place all the time. I really liked that they transport easily. I have warped a mat or two transporting them in the car to retreats even when they were laying flat. Just thought I would give them a try..... and the price was right!
