Front Porch Quilting
A very sweet lady brought this to me and said you decide. She is fine with meandering which I will do in the busy blocks, but what I was wondering is should I do something in the black part of the border. or just meander the whole thing and call it good? I am using a varigated thread.

sspingler
I might CC the entire thing then feather the black.
Quilting Heidi
I like Sharon's suggestion. That would give it lovely movement and be so much prettier than just meandering! Those sq-in-a-sq are a perfect place for some feather wreaths!
Bekah
I like feathered wreaths also.
Front Porch Quilting
You guys are killing me this is a queen and I don't think I will be able to see the stitching in the blocks, I'm blind too;) Another senior moment what is CC? Tamarack
CC is continuous curves and that would look nice in the colored blocks. If your not comfortable with feathers the just stipple the black background. The diamonds in the border would be a nice place to play with a design as you would see the quilting there.
