Busy Quilting
I have just quilted the first 7.6metres of what is to become the World's Biggest Hexagon quilt. It will eventually be over 110 metres long. By my calulations I will go through 220+ bobbins and it will end up weighing over 120kilograms (240 pounds). I am even doing a semi custom on it so that I know for sure that every hexagon has 1 or 2 lines of stitiching across it. I am photo posting challenged but have taken a few photos of the blocks that I pieced that were in the quilt. Now I am off to piece a Double Twisted Hexagon quilt just to relax!
