Judi Posted August 25, 2006 Report Share Posted August 25, 2006 Mary Beth - You did a GREAT job on that quilt! Love what you did - it looks beautiful - your customer is going to be so happy! I know what you mean about wanting to keep it, so hard to part with these works of art - the old history and fabrics - just can't be made again. I have done a handfull of old antique quilt tops now, and loved them all! Even the one that somebody started hand quilting in a few spots and I had to rip- out first! That felt kind of sad...... When I first thought of SID around each hexagone, I thought I would be here for an eternity and not matter what I charged - it wouldn't be enough.
