gccarte
Can someone tell me or post a picture of how the R&S stylus is put on a Liberty to use with the boards? I want to be sure I do it correctly. Thanks for your help.

Primitive1
Linda, I see you have those BF boards, what thread path do you follow that gives you the least amount of backtracking?
Sandra Darlington
I have my Liberty set up for CL, but when I bought a few R&S boards, they sold me a stylus that would fit their boards that I could use in my CL holder. I did not need to attach a 2nd stylus holder. My stylus is placed just like Linda's.
Quilting Heidi
Originally posted by Primitive1 Linda, I see you have those BF boards, what thread path do you follow that gives you the least amount of backtracking? Vicki did you ever watch the BF u-tube I did? I think it has about the least amount of backtracking possible.
kathyb
When I use my BF boards, my Millie doesn't like to travel towards me and to the right (standing behind), and the thread constantly breaks. I would love to use them more! Any suggestions?

I use the pathway that Lynn posted recently on the "lining up pattern boards" post. I used this one on a BIG Dear Jane and it worked well. I am not much of pattern board user, but you need one for clamshells and BFs.
loraquilts
wish I would have known about the BF boards. It sure would have made the BF quilt I did for my mom using circle templates MUCH easier. I'm thinking I need to invest in the boards. I know CS has BF boards. Never heard of R&S before. Are they new? Easier? Cheaper? Do they have a website? Thanks!
