RitaR
Sanford NC Quilt Show. About every two years Lee County's Hearts and Hands ECA Quilters Guild have a judged quilt show. The event has outgrown the McSwain Center and will be held on October 21 and 22 at the Dennis Wicker Civic Center in Sanford. These members put on an outstanding quilt show and competition. Lots of demonstration and quilt vendors will be on hand. They also do a pretty neat "turning of the quilts" in which they have a bed covered with quilts that they turn and discuss to the audience, a must see. Admission is $5. Lunch will be available on site. Attached is the flyer promoting the Quilt Show. Please share with others. We really appreciate Hearts and Hands invitation to participate.
