Brenni
Is anyone interested in day tripping from the DC area to Hampton on Saturday? U2U me if interested. I plan to leave at 6AM and return by 5PM. Also if anyone has been to the show - is it worth the trip this year? Thanks. Mary
Primitive1
Mary, where do you live? I just went yesterday with 3 of my guild friends and yes it is worth the drive. There are some wonderful quilts to see and lots of good shopping. Next year maybe we could meet and you could ride down with us!

Primitive1
Shannon, I think I saw your quilt as I saw your name and wondered if it was you! Great job and Congratulations! I did one too but it didn't place, it got a best of show at Old Forge in NY but nothing at Hampton - you never know!
Gator
Beautiful quilt, all the quilts were excellent this year. I got to be a "white gloved" lady on Friday. I think the quilts leaned towards the traditional side this year versus art quilts. I live in VA Beach. I was there all 4 days, sorry I missed you. Vicki it was great chatting with you as always. Can't wait to see you at the June Chantilly show.
Primitive1
You too Connie, always nice to see you and pick up where we left off! See you in June! By the way, sent you a U2U!
