Snowflake
I found a variegated thread that has all the colors I wanted for this quilt, only problem maybe.. is it is superior poly quilter: Can I use it on cotton quilt, 80/20 batting, flannel backing, and what should I use in bobbin, or should I fill my own bobbins with same thread?? Zora
I have no experience with this particular thread, but there is no reason you can't use it on cotton fabric, with poly batting, and flannel backing. Since it is a somewhat heavier thread, I would use So Fine in the bobbin..or Magna Glide classic magnetic bobbins (my favorite, which I use for everything.) You will lilely have to play with your tension some, but I am sure its possible to get good results with this thread.
LadyLake
I used PolyQuilter thread quite a bit in the past. I think it should work just fine with your quilt sandwich. Go slow and evenly when you quilt. Sew Fine in the bobbin seems like a good fit. When I used it, I had 40wt Aurifil in the bobbin.
DawnCavanaugh
Beverly, One more piece of advice...Poly quilter is very thick. You may need to go up to a 4.5 needle to get good tension since it will pull pretty hard on the needle. Post a photo when you are done!
