Sheagatzi
Before I attempt this - I'd really like to have a convenient place to put my needle for burying threads....I keep my scissors up on top of the machine, and thought maybe a magnet strip up there to hold my needle in a safe place would work. That being said, I also know there are computer 'things' inside my machine and don't want to short circuit anything with the magnet in case it could potentially do damage. I know probably not, but just want to be sure. Am I okay to do this?
Primitive1
I am not sure but I keep my scissors in the same place and have attached a big Fons and Porter Strawberry to the handle with a rubber band that I keep my burrying needle in and it keeps it sharp too! I wondered the same thing and just went with this to avoid causing any problems with the electronic boards...
nanbrug
I was wondering the same thing so what I did was bought a pin cushion that is for your wrist and it has the Velcro on it then I wrapped the Velcro around the handles and it was right there handy. Hope this helps
meg
I asked this and it was recommended that I didn't do it. So, I just stick the needle in the black stuff that is wrapped around the handles. I also have I flower head pin in there for when I change the needle.
