Sue E.
Last evening, after attending the AQS show, several of us were able to get together for dinner. We had a great time discussing the show, classes, and of course quilting in general. We had a great time and only wish more of the forum members were able to join us. Both my husband and Shar's husband joined us and Annie's friend Susan (who is a quilter) also was there. Here is a link to a photo of the girls ... http://www.flickr.com/photos/bodaciouscreations/12368785283/ Names in the order of how we were sitting are listed under the photo. Shar Schmutz
It was very cool to have dinner with these special quilting sisters and meet them in person! Thank you Sue for making reservations and the invitation for getting us together. I throughly enjoyed myself!

Barbara Conquest
I'm so sorry I couldn't be there; I fell the previous night in the bathroom and bruised/cracked some ribs, so I didn't feel up to a dinner out -- back to the motel and bed for me! Maybe next time... Barbara
Sue E.
Barbara, I hope you are now feeling better. Bruised and cracked ribs hurt. We missed you - we had a seat waiting just for you!
Enchanted Quilting
Thanks for organizing this (Sue) and for coming up with the idea (Annie). I am back in MN using some of the tricks I learned in Judy Madsen and Lisa Sipes classes...how fun!! I am also snow dying today...seems we have plenty of snow to work with!!
