veg-girl
A customer/friend came into the shop today and enquired about my machine"Has it arrived yet?" Yes but I'm still learning, I won't be taking anything until the New Year. Oh says she, I've just heard that there are 3 ways to quilt a quilt, "quilting by hand , quilting by machine and quilting by chequebook and I fancy quilting by chequebook" , so I should have at least one customer! (if my machine works properly - crunched on a ruler 2 nights ago and put needlebar out of alignment, had to lower it to get a stitch and power cut last night stopped me testing it properly, instructions in manual were very clear)
Georgene
I hope I meet a few of those who like to quilt with their checkbook. Only a few though, because I\'m just doing this for fun. And I have plenty of my own tops to do. I\'m hoping to meet enough "checkbookers" to support my habit (of quilting and buying gadgets).
