Quilting Heidi Posted January 29, 2009 Report Share Posted January 29, 2009 Laurie, There is somebody that did a book with bug designs. I don't recall the name of it though. You could probably freehand a bee pretty easily. Do a Small pebble with point on tip, bigger oval for body, fill with echo lines and then do loops like a bow for wings. JustSewSimple Posted January 29, 2009 Report Share Posted January 29, 2009 Two thngs I have that I love are: PrintMaster and an overhead projector. I take an image, like a Bee, and print it out on transparency and blow it up the size I like and trace it with permanent marker and make my own stencils with an art knife.
