I did a large meander in the center...ribbon effect in the outer borders (treated them as one border)...and large 8" stars in the corners. Batting is Poly High Loft. Yuck! But she thinks it is warm and very nice. I traded 4 yards of Moda Red White and Bold fabric for the quilting. I am pleased as Mint Chocolate Ice Cream on a hot Summer's day!! I hope she is as happy.
