Primitive1
Has anyone had this happen? I am just merrily quilting along on a panto and then I hear a click and the machine locks up and stops abruptly. In going around to the front of the machine I see that both channel locks have kicked on so I take both of them off, clip my thread, start again and then it happens again in about another 5 mins...after 3 times of this, I turned off the machine, unplugged it for about 10 mins. and then tried again, it happened again...I wonder if I have a problem in the circuit board? Does anybody have any ideas until I can call APQS on Monday? Thanks!

RunningThreads
Vicki Follow the wires from the channel lock to the connectors and unplug them. That should get you through till Monday. I just tried it on Brenda's Millenium to see if the SR still work and it does. Let us know how you make out after you call the factory on Monday. Primitive1
Well, once again APQS customer service rocks! I emailed them over the weekend with my problem and they called me this morning...it turns out to be a static electricity problem. I had the anti static washers on my handles but if they are connecting with the machine because of paint finish, they aren't working. All it took was to loosen them up and tighten them back a few times to make metal to metal contact and all is well! Thanks again APQS for your superb customer service from one happy customer!
