Heirloom Quilter
I just finished 3 baby quilts for my daughters friends and I used the Simply Ornate boards with my QZ. They worked wonderfully. Vickie Oliver, aka Beachside Quilter, helped by explaining how to load all three backings on the frame with one large piece of batting and quilting all 3 quilts one right after the other. Thank you, Vickie. It worked like a charm. Now if I remember how to load pictures you should see the quilts here. Heirloom Quilter
Unfortunately, when it comes to uploading pictures I don't know what I'm doing. I thought they had to be 100 pixels and they are definitely too small. Plus I ended up posting them twice. I guess I'll have to try again.
barbm
Debbie, Where did you get that wonderful fishy fabric? I would love to get some to make a quilt for my hubby.
Beachside Quilter
Great job, Debbie! The "Simply Ornate" boards look wonderful on these quilts; adds a nice swirly texture that almost looks like waves on the fishes. Nice work, and so happy that you were able to get them all done with one loading; makes it go so quick and easy!!

Heirloom Quilter
Barb, I've had that fabric for at least 4 years or more. I either got it at Walmart or Hobby Lobby in Colorado. I don't remember which. It works great for the Attic Windows pattern because the fish are big enough to fill one whole window. The printing on the selvage of the dark blue fabric says Springs Industries Inc., and the Aqua fabric say A V.I.P. Print Cranston Print Works Co. Linda G. Craig
Beautiful work, Debbie. Awesome quilts! I have the same templates and I also love them. I used them on a couple of quilts with a wool batting and it really looks so luxurious!
Judy Ingram
Your little quilts are just adorable Debbie! I love the fabrics, the designs, and the gorgeous quilting. That Simply Ornate board sure is pretty. I'll start saving my pennies for this one.
