Kristiequilts
I was browsing through the plethura of quilt pictures looking for a quilt like this one (photo below) and I decided to ask rather than stay up til 2 in the morning looking for a picture one of you may know where it is. I remember seeing it and saying I wish I could save this. (this was before I learned about the "favorites" on the forum. Anybody done one of these (or something simular)? Know where I can find the pictures?

sspingler
You can find some very similar to this on webshots.com. Put "angel quilts" in the search. I have seen them done with outlining the angels and doing different fills but mostly McTavishing.

Kristiequilts
Jessica, that was exactly what I was looking for. I like to do the same thing, only I didn't want to spend the entire weekend on a 63 x 63 quilt deciding what to do in each background area. Your post is kinda ironic, because it shows on my screen that you posted at 2:43/248 am. and I said I didn't want to stay up that late. You are in Arizona so it wasn't that late there. Thank you for posting the picture. I'll post the results as soon as I finish it today. That is only if the thunderstorm and lighting doesn't knock out my power.
