sharni
I was brave and jumped in! We got the Lenni all set up and then I printed out the manuel. Yes, I had to go buy more ink to get it all printed. I got right to trying Lenni out but oh my, what a mess on the bottom side. I read about tension but it took several days to get my courage up to twist dials and try to fix it. Guess I thought I would break it or something. Hey, I got it to look pretty good. Now just need to practice a lot and go have my lesson with Beth.

Sandra Darlington
It can be trying at first, but once you get practice with your tension and your designs, it will be so much fun.

sharni
I'm sure it is like learning any new thing that involves coordination like riding a bike, skiing, etc. It seems hard and you are oh so uncoordinated at first and after a while it is a part of you. At my age I have certainly learned that. I'll just keep showing up to work on it and I will get it.
Guest Linda S
Yeah Sharon! It does take a little courage to start twisting those dials, but you might as well get used to it, because you'll need to make adjustments from time to time over the years. Have fun! JustSewSimple
Sharon, you will not hurt her. She is just waiting for you to fix her correctly so you two can play together. I think Lenni is just a special machine. You will learn all about her soo. Just play, play, play!
