cblevins
How did you place your QD order online? I thought you had to call in the orders! Maybe I have been on the wrong website.
newmillie2010
you have to call them or send them an e-mail if you want to order from QD directly. other sources have their batting but not with the special no shipping fee. so just give them a call. they are great to deal with. Sandra Darlington
I sent QD an e-mail: quiltersdreambatting@juno.com Yes, you do have to have an account with them already (using your business license). Mine shipped today and is expected to me delivered tomorrow! Now that is service!!!
cblevins
Thanks! I do have an account with them. I was looking for an order form....I didn't think about email.
Sandra Darlington
I usually do it by e-mail because when they are open to call them on the phone, I am at my day job and I try not to conduct my quilting business on their time. That said, QD has called me a few times while I was at work to check about something on my order. They are really good about that.
Chocoholic
And today when I called to order, they told me that the 93" wool rolls are backordered. I went oh, I have a couple of quilts coming up at the end of the month that need that batting and while I could use my 122", there would be a lot of waste. She said that I should have the batting by the end of the month, but if I didn't and had to use the 122", I should call and let them know and they would give me credit for having to waste the wider batting. Now that is customer service!!! WOW!
Gator
I love the ladies at QD. If you want an order form, they will fax one to you. Ok let me brag, I never get charged shipping because I drive 10 minutes (or less) and pick it up:cool::cool::cool: I love having them in my town.:D:D
