Sheri Butler
Is a channel lock on?
Gretchen
It is possible that you have a bad wheel bearing. Check and see if they are spinning freely. Also sometimes the thread is not so visible when it gets wrapped in the wheels as it gets dirty and compacts down.

Quilting Heidi
My guess was channel logs or thread in wheels. Check to make sure your axle hasn't come loose and making the wheels twist a little.

RunningThreads
Linda My local dealer at one time would turn her wheels over and tap new holes for the channel lock sprockets. She does a lot of quilts and this way she could make the wheels last one and a half to two years. Nigel
