barbm Posted April 25, 2012 Report Share Posted April 25, 2012 Pat, if you've got the M&M wheels but don't have the anti-static kit installed, that might be the problem. Gretchen Posted April 26, 2012 Report Share Posted April 26, 2012 I recently had the same problem. I realized that my yardsticks which hold the clamps up were bumping into the rear handles! They have found that the M&Ms can create static and cause certain functions to operate properly. Call Amy and ask her about getting one. all wheel set now include the strap.
