witha'K'quilting
my daughter made a quilt top and wants to quilt it with something simple...like seashells. i like pantos that interlock as they look best on a quilt i think. any suggestions? i already sent a message to urban elementz...hoping patricia can come through with something. but, if you know of something already on the market...i am open to suggestions. thanks
LisaC
Hi, Kristina, I have a panto named Seaside by Kathie James that Lisa E gave me when I purchased her Mille. It is a 16 inch panto and interlocks, but only in one spot and not very much. It is big seashells with water between them. It is dated 2004 and I could not find it listed any longer. Let me know if you don't find anything and I'll email you a scan of it. You are most welcome to borrow it; I would drop it in the mail. Lisa C. nanbrug
Kristina that's too funny I'm doing that exact panto today for a lighthouse quilt with seashells. I got mine from Quilts complete
witha'K'quilting
Nancy...Is it a fairly easy panto? My daughter is 15, and nervous about doing pantos.
nanbrug
This panto is so easy you will have it done in no time. I think its 16" and the shells are 8". It was so easy I did two quilts today. It has alot of water lines which go quickly.
witha'K'quilting
Thanks nancy. That sounds like it would be doable for my girls to quilt then. Can't wait to see your quilts with this panto stitched out. (wink)
dbz98236
Kristina, I just put that panto on my granddaughters quilt. It is very big and goes really fast, (as long as the thread doesn't keep breaking, lol).
