If not, I would ask for 50% up front (cashier's checks from the bank work great) and have them pay for and arrange the shipping. Paypal is wonderful - have used it for years!!! Good luck! If you accept a money order I would require it to come from the US Postal Service - too many bank money orders are easily forged, but the USPS ones are not. Sometimes it doesn't work out quite as planned and you don't want to get in the middle of that kind of thing. I too am sorry to hear that you'll have to sell.
