A quick note in thanks to APQS , with special thanks to AMY in service. i was becoming very frustrated when I could not correct the stitch skipping on my Millie; a call to Amy and with patient step by step instructions I corrected the encoder wheels and hook & needle adjustment . My "Millie" now runs beautifully and NO skipped stitches. I can now relax and enjoy my weekend.

She's the BEST!  And Kudos to miss Dawn as well! They both have responded to my need here this past week. We are so fortunate to have APQS machines...arent we?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep, Amy's been a busy gal this week as I've also been in contact with her on my stitch regulator and sluggish movement of machine head.  Fingers crossed that I can follow her instructions and be a happy camper again.  Can't beat APQS Customer Service or machines!
