seakitten
Barb Mayfield & her DH Mike installed my new M&M wheels on Sunday, & I have already quilted two quilts with them. They are a VAST improvement. I like to quilt rather fast, & had a real problem with threads breaking on curves & points, as well as tension issues probably caused by uneven quilting speed. GONE!! The machine runs far smoother, and I am able to finish my quilts in about half the time. Mostly I think this is because there is no stopping to repair broken threads, but also the machine just seems to run better, at both high and low speeds. I highly recommend the new wheels. LinneaMarie
I have mine!! I have to put them on though!! And I just HATE taking that encoder solenoid thing apart.  YIKES!!!! This time I'm going to have DH take the head off the frame. It will be easier!

LinneaMarie
Yes Myrna, I see they are way, way better than the instructions I got with the ER wheels. But that was before Patty Butcher re-wrote them. I'll get to them soon.
JustSewSimple
My Lenni wheels are fine, just fine. But....when the time comes for me to get new ones, will M&M fit?
barbm
Sorry, Sylvia - the M&M wheels aren't usable on a Lenni, at least not yet. So, when it's time to upgrade, can we talk you into a Millie??!??
Primitive1
I just love my ER wheels, are these really better?
JustSewSimple
I wish I could afford a Mille - in money and space. I would like the fabric advance (it hurts my hands to roll back and forth) and I'd love the channel locks. (They can keep the thread cutter) The price is just to high for me. I will have to say that my Lenni has been no trouble at all. She has done all I have asked of her and no headaches.
ckeindl
I recently got the ER wheels too (are you replacing the ER with the M&M?) How are these better? Thanks
