boppinbrandy
The pattern man will make one for you. I've had him custom make panto's for me. He doesn't change extra for doing it either. Here is his site: http://www.patternman.com/shop/
Primitive1
What a cool idea, I never thought of a paperdoll panto.....
JustSewSimple
Kristina, if I can find mine you can just have it. I tried it when I first got Lenni and the doll would have a skinny side and a fat side. It was a hoot. Let me look for you.
mrsbishwit
Kristina, the symbol that is used for Autism is a puzzle piece, have you thought about a puzzle panto?

quiltingshirley
I used to have one. It was real simple, just a boy doll touching hands with a girl doll. It went across the top half and then came back across to the start with the bottom half. What I did was trace the dolls so that they filled the page and then made copies and taped them together so I had a roll. They were quick and looked good. I'll look around and see if I can find a copy of the original.

Kueser
Have you thought about cutting out a row of paper dolls the way we used to fold and cut and use it as a pattern to draw your own?
witha'K'quilting
I am hoping for something that less straight-lined. I am researching what is out there as I have time.
Kueser
http://www.meadowlyon.com You might want to contact the above site. They say that if it can be drawn, they can do it. I've used several of their pantos, including the fairy and westward ho. Not your ordinary straight line patterns for sure.
Quilting Heidi
Kristina, I recalled a post a long time ago about paperdolls and found it. Loes from Pre-design software had designed it.
