saratogaquilter
I was listening to the radio and heard this. You teachers out ther will get a kick out of it. The kindergarten class was just settling down to color in their books and little Johnny goes up to his teacher and says "Mrs. Green, I ain't got no colors". Seeing this as a teaching moment, Mrs. Green says "Now Johnny. You "don't" have any colors. There "aren't" any colors. We "don't" have any colors. There "aren't" any colors. Do you see what I'm getting at?" Little Johnny cocked his head and very innocently said to Mrs. Green "Not really. Where did all the colors go?" I thought that was cute! Neher-in-law5
Too bad she didn't clue him in that this was a "teachable" moment. Good one.
