cmoore1223
I just finished this quilt for a little girl in Rockford that has Cystic Fibrosis. The blocks were sent by quilters from as far as Israel. My friend put the top together. I'm hoping that they can sell lots of tickets to benefit this darling little girl. We'll be selling tickets soon so if anyone is interested let me know. Here is a link to my friend's blog if anyone is interested in reading about the little girl and the start of the quilt. http://brensnewplace.blogspot.com/2011/08/calling-all-quilters.html I'll have information on my blog soon. Asthefeathersfly.blogspot.com I did lots of ruler work and freehand feathers. I'm happy with the results. Thanks for looking, Coleen

Quilting Heidi
Love those feathers. I hope it brings in lots of dollars. Isla is beautiful. My best childhood friend's sister had cystic fibrosis. It is a wicked disease. They have come a long way since the 70's though and I pray they find a cure.
