This year I have 6 projects given to me in December and tonight I got 4 more and people have told me they have up to 4 more projects to finish and give to me. I have read so many quilt-y blogs where either 2011 or 2012 were promoted to be "use up your stash" years. At least half of my quilts for 2011 were either tops pieced years ago or stash-busters. I think people are willing to budget for the quilting if the fabric was purchased long ago. Just a theory, though! I am happily booked through April...
