sewhappy Posted March 18, 2013 Report Share Posted March 18, 2013 Piecer? Do you have a favorite piecer? Not nessesarily favorite customer but a favorite piecer? I do!! I LOVE doing her quilts~ They are usually scrap quilts~pieced impecibly so they lay so nice & flat~no waves, I never have to take a tuck~she always wants freehand (my favorite)~she uses quality fabrics~never skimping~she is never in a rush. She brings me 2-3 a month, always picks them up within a day once they are done, always has the check written (with a very nice tip) before she gets here. She is also a pleasure to visit with~ Icannot remember her saying anything negative about anyone or anything!!! Ohh she also pieces the backs-still they lay nice~no tucks on back either!! ~ ~ I think she is my favorite piecer and one of my favorite customers! Enchanted Quilting Posted March 18, 2013 Report Share Posted March 18, 2013 My favorite piecer is a 75 year old woman with neuropathy in her hands (and feet). She pieces queen and king Hoffman batik quilts that are as square as can be...i'm talking not even a 1/4 inch off!!
