He will take my existing 15 x 17 studio with the stunning view of the lake and Ozarks and I will take his 10 x 12 downstairs dungeon den with no windows plus the 17 x 26 family room, (OK, not such a bad view, I can still see the lake and the Ozarks, but not as well) and increase my closet space by about 50%. It is a win/win. I am cleaning out closets and shelves and have things for sale that I no longer use. Buyer pays shipping; PayPal or check will work for payment.
