The only hand stitched quilt that I ever made, and it was for my daughter who now has a family herself. Thought Id quilt it and give it to her for Christmas. Its one of the last projects I had to finish for this year. (many are building up for next year to finish LOL) I wasnt sure how I was going to quilt this since a lot of stitches were so loose. I thought Id just stipple it tightly, then this popped in my head, and its so cute the square pop out a little too. Just wanted to share.
