lyonden
I have had this template for a while now but have never used it the way it was supposed to be used. I use it for a feather spine or just the wavey lines. Well, this time I actually made a cable with it. Take a look if you like. I think it looks great. http://home-and-garden.webshots.com/photo/2308612910061656185hGoNqI

lyonden
This is called the "Cable" template. I have used this with only 2 lines and put the little pebbles in the center then done feathers on either side. I can't do the spine with 2 lines evenly without it. Here's a picture of a previous quilt I did with the template but not using it as a cable. The cable takes 2 passes. The lines in this template are 1/2 inch apart. You could also use the two outside lines and put some kind of a design inside the 2 lines. I find this one kinda versatile. This picture is of just one pass. http://home-and-garden.webshots.com/photo/2892344930061656185BdomnR

circlelord
Hi, I am out of breath. It's hard keeping up with you-all. Thank you Georgene for finding it. Thank you Carol for showing it. I was asked for this template some time ago, but did't get around to publishing it. Carol has put it to good use. I am sure you can find even more uses. It is available anytime. Cheers, Michael
Georgene
I really need this template, but must pay for the ones I have first. I just can't seem to get the vanes straight when doing feathers or ferns. This would solve that I think. Something to strive for.
