Jeannine Posted December 17, 2007 Report Share Posted December 17, 2007 I was worried that I wouldn't get my grandson's quilt done for Christmas, but it's done. Posting one pic of full quilt and a web link to the closeups. He is almost 15 and plays the trumpet in the high school band. I used the school colors and quilting designs from David Hudson. Thanks to Kathy Bradbury I took a chance and did a first. I used fleece for the backing. It came out rather well and I really do love working with the fleece. I was afraid for too much lint, but I didn't find it any worst than cotton. It was worth the risk!
