delld
Aftter 2 weeks it is done! I dropped my camera a couple of months ago, so I have been taken pictures with my tablet but they aren't as good. They don't have the detail!!! This is Daphne's quilt. She did the embroidery! She is new to quilting and did a great job!! Metro threads top and bottom and so fine in some of SID. Panto in the border is Fresco and then I added the bead board. The rest is all freehand. Here is the whole quilt and the border but there are several close ups on flickr. picture097 by delld1964, on Flickr picture103 by delld1964, on Flickr Thanks for looking. Bonnie H
Beautiful! I can see why it took so long, it looks HUGE! I love the idea you did with the panto in the border and then the bead board-type effect around it. Great idea and execution!!! You know I gotta have that panto now!
