M is for More -- the bigger bobbin.
L is for Less -- the smaller bobbin.
Thanks to the guys (Mark and Josh, I think) at a road show I recently attended for that simple trick for remembering which is which.

PLEASE HELP!
I am using dream puff and had it resting for three day and it still has bumps and wrinkles.  You cannot put it in the dryer or steam like my other batting’s. Does anyone know what to do?  Looked on Quilters Dream Site and would call but ,of course it’s a weekend and I need to get this done. 

It’s not a big cup but almost a little flap or wave! First picture , the other is wrinkles.

Once I had a huge d cup in my batting. And it was polyester batting too. I made a slit in the cup and trimmed it so the batting edges met. Then used a very light stabilizer pressed over it to close it up. Worked great. I don't know of any other way to fix bulges in the batting and as to wrinkles, pull them out as flat as you can. Once quilted, they won't show. For thick spots in polyester batting, I removed some of the thickest spots by pulling it off and patting it down. 

Hi Bonnie,  I use Dream Puff most of the time.  I just place it where the fullness is.  I have placed it the length of the border when I had a big problem, but not often.  I pin it down also when I have a very long place to work out.  Really, its not hard to do at all.  Good luck.

Actuality Bonnie, that was part of the reason for the extra batting,  to fill up the fullness, but by the time I get my quilting on the border, I cannot really tell its there.  Does that make since.  I know its confusing, but for me it really works well.

This quilt is absolutely adorable.  Love it.  So sorry to hear about your mom.

Once in a while a quilt comes along that is just special. "I Woolly Love Ewe" was one of those, I love the design and the title, and I was thrilled when Wendy asked me to custom quilt it for her. Isn't the black sheep super cute? I am really happy with the way it turned out, and it looks even better now that it is bound and washed. I love the picture Wendy sent me of the finished quilt, the little girl seems to agree with me on the black sheep (I have permission to share this picture online.)

Love how you quilted this really cute quilt.  Its perfect.  Great job.

This is a small version of the butterfly quilt pattern drafted by Sherrie I love orange and I am making most of my quilts this year with orange in them. 
anybody have a killer name for this quilt....it is always funto play with one of your own quilts.... I hope you enjoy , many of the designs I have not done before
but have found a couple I will do again for sure

Naming quilts is one of the things I struggle with. a couple of the cool names I have been given are  "a Flutter of Orange"   Orange you glad we have Butterflies" Butterfly Sunset

Terry, as usual you really nailed this one.  I love it.  It is absolutely stunning.  Don't know what to name it, but this came to mind when I seen it. " Heart Of A Butterfly."  I don't know where that came from,  just popped into my head.

The water spritzing and rub is what works best for me.  Also just lightly rub with your fingernail and see how that works.  

The UNquilting is what I use mine for also.  Works great.
 

Terry I absolutely love it.  Your quilting is out of this world.  You have such wonderful ideas.  Congratulations with your entry.  You should have placed, but what an honor.

I made this collage Butterfly and did not know where I was going to use as a back ground then remembered I had a dream big panel...and the rest is history .

Terry, that is so beautiful.  I did one of the "Dream Bid" panels.  Turned out ok, guess I need to post that.

Beautiful.   I love looking at the backside of quilts, this one really shows your talents.  I'm thinking about doing one of the "Dream Big" panels.  I need to retire so I can quilt more!

I did a bit of thread work to enhance the printed panel of these dahlia flowers. The customer had added flange border around all the blocks so first off I sewed that down so it did not catch. then did loops and leaves in the narrow areas and feathers in the center thicker areas. this was fun to do.



 



 

Yes, Ron and Sharon are transferring ownership to Patricia Ritter. Ron is still making the boards but has stepped away from order fulfillment personally. The owners of Miracle Chalk have also sold their business to her. She is a force of nature and deserves all the success she has achieved. Surprisingly, both R&S and Miracle Chalk owners are here in Olympia---and members of my quilt guild. I'm rubbing shoulders with quilt legends!

WOW Terry, this one really jumps out at you.  The colors are really bright and bold.  Love how you quilting this.  The front and back both are really beautiful.  Great job.

I was fortunate to be able to quilt Three of these baby Quilts for the same customer. She Used the Pattern Mommy and Me.
She used a white on White Fabric That had a 1" diamond grid printed on it for the Background in the center area as soon as I saw that that 
I wanted to practice some grid work . I just went for it what do you think do you practice on customers quilts?
