Also didn't want to spend sunshine time in front of a computer screen Lesson learnt "don't leave laptop behind in future"!!! Angie UK Posted April 25, 2010 Report Share Posted April 25, 2010 Tracy it seems the way to get on a flight earlier is to go & wait for a 'stand by' place but it involves a lot of hanging around at the airport! As we were driving from Providence to Boston anyway we decided on impulse to go straight to the airport & it paid off. Some other Gammill owners from the UK did this too & got on an earlier flight. Actually I'd rather be where you are, not looking forward to work tomorrow. You must be missing the "wee man" aaah. Hoping to try & get to Loch Lomond so maybe see you then. I have a slight suspicion that Linzi and Tracey are having to much fun to really want to get back home! I'm guessing that Quilters heaven up at Bonnies' is keeping them from rushing on that plane.
