lisae
Yesterday the new interchangeable feet were installed on my Freedom. Lisa C's wonderful hubby came over and did the change out for me. It was time consuming but not difficult for Les. I quilted one baby quilt yesterday afternoon and started on another. The machine is sewing beautifully. So far, my favorite foot is the open toe high side foot. I like being able to see where I'm going! If you are considering this upgrade, it is well worth the cost! barbm
Janette, I'm not positive, but I think you could change the foot on your Lenni! Check with Dawn or Mark to be sure, but it's just a matter of swapping a new hopping foot shaft for the old one, then retiming. Easy peasy! Janette
I think there is something about either the Lennis, or my age Lenni, that I can't do this - I'll search back, I think Dawn said this was the case. Yes - they have to do it in the factory apparantly they have to recess the bushings. Correct me if I am wrong Dawn or Mark please.....
