Anne from Guam
Perfect guy quilt! How did you do your parallel lines? Are they continuous or did you stop tie off your threads and then advance the quilt?
connieb
Anne - Well they aren't consistant. I tried making them continuous but that was a major pain, advancing the top back and forth. I don't have the power advance. So I went to the tie them off and then advance after the group was done. connieb
You guys make me feel great. Thank you. I really wanted this quilt for my DH and I but my son asked for it and I needed to practice my custom skills. This is the third full custom quilt I've done. I've done a few semi-custom but not many with all the ruler work. Pam - I'm honored you want to put it in your favorites.

RitaR
I love the colors used.. it is beautiful and the quilting?? WOW Job well done. What is the approximately the size? Looks to be square, so more a cuddle quilt than a bed quilt.
connieb
We ended up making that one 90 x 90. The pattern comes with 4 possible sizes ranging from 58 x 58 to 118 x 118. The one I did was supppose to be 90 x 110. My son says he might use it for his bed as his current comforter on it is 86 x 86. We'll see as he originally wanted it to cuddle under.
