Lib
I made a new years resolution to tidy up my sewing room and have so far been successfull. However, I have about 30 panto's that at the moment are in a wine rack on the floor. I would really like to have them more available and easier to locate. I do have them numbered and named but they get all mixed up. Does any one have any suggestions for storing these? Lib

Lib
It is so nice to hear from 2 BC\'ers. Thanks for your ideas. I do like the storage bin that comes from Ikea, especially as it sits under my table. That way it is easy to access and out of the way. My rulers and Circle Lord templates fit nicely in it also. I\'m not that tall so mine doesn\'t fit under my table.
PattyJo
This is what I use - it is a shoe organizer with both ends open. It\'s an idea that is inexpensive!!!! Cost is about $6 at the local drug store. Just an idea..

Thanks! linda Hi Linda, Well, while you are waiting for your Millie, you could create some pantos yourself, just for fun! By drawing them yourself, you will "know" the pattern in and out, which helps in using it later. Plus it is very rewarding to be able to create patterns yourself, from your own ideas! Download the trial version of Pre-Design from http://quilters.pre-design.eu and start drawing. How to draw: take the curve tool, click from point to point and double-click to end a line. With the Select tool you can move points to perfect the lines. Then select, copy and paste, mirror, flip etc, align to create a panto. After that, select all, right click and choose size: make it the size you need (like 8 or 10 inch high). Then choose menu File > Print Pattern. It will print exacty at the size you entered, automatically be divided over several numbered pages. Tape together and your panto is ready! See also the screenshots page http://quilters.pre-design.eu/screenshots.htm for more ideas and howto\'s. And to see how to get inspired and find quilt pattern ideas, look on page http://www.apqs.com/quiltboard/viewthread.php?tid=8706 Oh, and my husband Theo is now hooked on drawing pantos too See the result of his drawings (and download them for free!) from page: http://store.pre-design.eu/pantosbytheo.htm Enjoy this exciting period of waiting for your Millie!!!! Yesterday someone asked in the forum for a bamboo panto and when I look at Theo\'s computer screen now: I see bamboo growing into a panto Download the trial version of Pre-Design from http://quilters.pre-design.eu/trial.htm and have fun! I am now working on a tutorial DVD for Pre-Design and it is so much fun to show that anyone can draw. The intro of the CD is ready: it\'s a little movie I shot in the air... literally!! just clouds moving. And then I traced some of the clouds, copied and pasted and it is an awesome pattern The new tutorial DVD (including the special Claudia Pfeil Pfeather techniques) will be released at MQS2008. Dutchman
Ladies, ladies.. I have just fun in making pantos and yes Pre-Design is helping me doing so. So I guess I can become a teacher at MQS myself having all those DH\'s joining my classes. Dutchman
What kind of beer ? I would say Heineken or Carlsberg. Limitations. No, not that I can think of. As long as one can walk a continuous line it is fine with me.
