uncquilter
Can anyone give me some info about the urban elementz design boards? What stylus do you use? Is the Circle Lord stylus compatible? Any Liberty owners use these? Any space issues? Thanks, Carol
sewlinzi
Rns quilt design boards, their stylus is a neat fit!
Hollyrw
I believe the Urban Elementz design boards are actually made by RnS. They work with the RnS stylus, the QuiltEZ stylus and with Quiltazoid stylus for sure. I'm not sure about the CL stylus since I don't have one of those. witha'K'quilting
I too use the RnS stylus or Quiltazoid stylus with my boards. And yes, Holly is correct, RnS cuts Patricia's boards.

ffq-lar
The CL stylus is too thick to fit the R&S boards. Call or email Ron at R&S to see if you will need a bracket and new stylus, or if his stylus will fit in the CL bracket. As was stated above, R&S makes the boards for Patricia, so order from either place. But, Patricia sends Ron the order and it is shipped from Washington, so ordering from R&S works better and maybe quicker. The R&S site shows the width of the designs and the dimensions of the boards, so you can find the right ones for your stitching field. The have categories for longarm, midarm, and shortarm machines. Does everyone know about the deal R&S has for custom-designed boards? If you send Ron a design you have drawn yourself, he will carve it for you at the regular price for the size board you order. IF he thinks others may want to purchase your self-designed board and you release the design to him, you will be issued a nice credit toward more boards. If not, the design remains your property. How cool to see one of your own designs stitched on customer quilts!

mrsbishwit
Linda is right about the CL stylus being too big for the R&S & Urban elementz boards. But R&S does sell a stylus that will fit in the CL holder (I have one) purchased it when I bought the lounge lizzard block awhile back. I am a sucker for any gecko type design ;)
