maggienoella
I'm finally working on a quilt that I put off for months because I didn't know how to stipple and it scared the bejeezuz out of me. How about you? Joan
jimerickson
No fear! Just relax. Move the machine smoothly and try and keep the meander/stipple about the same size as you progress. If you stop and start another day, refresh you memory of the stipple size to keep it looking the same throughout the quilt. Some folks like to stipple in manual mode. Me; I usually do mine in regulated mode. Now both of my machines have Intellistitch regulators on them, and the I/S has a stipple setting that might make it easier to use than other regulators. I don't know. Good luck. Jim
WandaGerdes
That's easy for me to answer lol. Feathers. I still fail every single time. But I'm not giving up until I master them or get a computer. I'm not sure which will come first both seem very far off lol. However I love feathers!
