countrystitcher Posted May 14, 2009 Report Share Posted May 14, 2009 Please say a prayer, will find out tomorrow at 9:00 CST, if second foot surgery will be necessary. First surgery was 9 weeks ago for bunion and metatarsal bone removed. Now I have this huge lump/cyst on my ankle and it seems to be pressing on nerve causing my toes and foot to go numb. Had an MRI and Doctor tried draining it last week but it didn't go down much; he did send the fluid in for testing (routine thing) but I'm still a little anxious about the whole issue. CWBowser Posted May 14, 2009 Report Share Posted May 14, 2009 My prayers are with you. I had both feet operated on for bunions. The left didn't work and they had to do it again. I am much happier. I can fit into shoes and I can stand for longer periods of time. I hope the doctor is able to find the cause quickly and you can get back to living again. Hang in there.
