Grace
I would probably use the Spirals template from Circle Lord.

delld
If you want something a little different, how about a large fern like pattern. There are several out there. I'm not in my studio and can't remember names or designers. You wouldn''t have to center circles. Just a thought. The quilt is really pretty. Here are a few ideas. http://www.urbanelementz.com/shop/product/thistle/ ( this one I've used many times. It's great for giving texture) http://www.urbanelementz.com/shop/product/agave/ http://www.urbanelementz.com/shop/product/dusty-miller-grande/ http://www.urbanelementz.com/shop/product/frolicking-fern/

CrazyAboutQuilting
I have a panto that I have used several times that sort of makes me think of feathers, but not quite. Sorry I can't remember the name of it right now, but I would be inclined to do something slightly different than spirals because you've already got the "circle thing" going on with it so it might flow more if you do something other than that. I would use black and white variegated thread. I love the red, black and white quilts!

sewlinzi
Aha! Corey did one like this for the Quilted Yurt using her Circle Lord. I have just added some more quilting lines to her design with the QZ... The circle maker is used then it can meet up with another set of circles and you get a slinky effect - hope you can see on the pic

Quilting Heidi
I really like what Linzi did. It really separates those pieces out and gives it fantastic movement.
