Jhend
When I purchased my Millie in 2005, I kept the foam insert, but did not keep the box it was shipped in because I had cut it open to get the machine out. My advise to anyone purchasing a new machine is to kept the BOX too. It cost me $30.00 for a new box plus $28.10 to have it shipped to me so I can send my machine back for servicing. Just thought I'd pass that along.

mswings
I was lucky my rep told me to keep the box. I haven't sent Millie back for a spa treatment but know I will eventually. I guess he gave me some good advice! That box is huge!
Quilting Heidi
My rep told me to keep my box too so I did. Sorry you had to go to that added expense! I hope your machine loves it spa treatment.
CrazyAboutQuilting
I didn't keep my box because I'm close enough to the factory that when my Lenni needs a spa treatment, I'll take him myself.
Guest Linda S
Mine's way in the back corner under my cutting table, just in case. It's been there since I got the machine in 2004.
Amy in Ames
I only live one hour from the plant so I can drive it there myself.

Borderline Quilter
I keep all packaging from everything...usually if I am in my loft after a year or so any box from an item that has outrun the guarantee is thrown but not my sewing machine boxes...they are kept in a special corner...even have one box that has the name and address of Linzi Uton from my mega quilter...sold the frame but kept the machine!
