LinneaMarie
It's not new, but newly re-organized. Still a lot to do. It's not as big or nice as some others, but it's all mine and I get to play out here everyday.........ALL day, and night sometimes. Do I crave human contact? Not so much. Sometimes. Then I go out or have my friends over and we play all day too!! I still have to organize my fabric behind my ironing board. what a mess!
LinneaMarie
My Amish built shelves. It holds about 150 bolts of fabric!
LinneaMarie
I got this rack for my Sew Batik samples at an estate auction for $1.00. No one else even bid!
LinneaMarie
My DH put 4 casters on a piece of re-enforced plywood. I bought 2 paper/magazine organizers from Office Depot. The organizers are not even nailed down, but the weight of the boards keeps them in place. I keep it under the back of my machine and can roll it in and out at will. LinneaMarie
Sorted.........um kind of. I have all the jammie and nightgown fabric on the bottom left. I tried to put the fabrics together for each quilt I have in mind.
LinneaMarie
This fabric needs to be sorted by color and pit into bins. Batiks are on the bottom left and everything is kind of mish mosh! I do a lot of sewing; not just quilts so you will see some "other" fabrics there. LinneaMarie
Cutting table my DH made for me. It is 42 by 65. I put a skirt around it to hide the junk underneath. Random sh** that I have yet to sort.

LinneaMarie
Joyce, come ANYTIME!!! Well, not today....obviously!! This old cupboard was made by my great grandfather. DH put new backs on it and I did paint the bottom part. It was on our enclosed back porch for refinishing and I spilled a whole quart of RED, yes RED, paint. Fortunately, there was one of those rubberized backed carpets under it. So I stuck the brush in and started painting!!:o
LinneaMarie
My DH put pegboard on and I keep my stencils and some rulers here. Not real close to Millie, but I can spread them out over the cutting table and look at them.
LinneaMarie
Here is what I do to keep my batting and top off the floor. It is kind of a pain to keep moving the T pins, but I usually quilt baste to the end and maybe SID to the bottom, then I can take the sling off. LinneaMarie
I took a length of 36" wide muslin and turned under the ends and added twill tape for ties. I just tie a loose bow and pin it to the roller.
IBQLTN2
very nicely organized. Now to keep it that way is the problem. Lol good luck.
LinneaMarie
Here are two tubs of my favorite fabrics. Soon I hope to have some space cleared off of my Amish built shelving so I can put them there. Til then they are next to Millie right under the fabric advance motor. LinneaMarie
I love this stuff! I make my own templates from it. If you stick 3 together (on top of each other) you can even get your hopping foot around it. For these shapes, I just chalk around them and then quilt. LinneaMarie
My very favorite scrap ruler for HST. Unless I need more than 2 or 3 of the same color. If I need a bunch of the same colors then I use the Triangulations CD by Bear Paw Design.
