But the ribbon truly adds that special sparkle that only a ribbon can give... Here\'s a picture with a close-up of the quilting with me inside the dress... Keep enjoying the last days of the show. nineva Posted May 17, 2008 Report Share Posted May 17, 2008 Birgit\'s dress is so much more beautiful in person. It is darker than the photo shows, a very rich dark ciolet/purple/burgundy? Anyway, the rich color is the perfect setting for her stunning quilting. (I\'m a member of an artist group and we cooperated with an orchestra making costumes that were presented fashion-show like during a concert. This event was a great success.)
