April W
This is a quilt I made for my husband's cousin who is going thru chemo for the second time. She has two young daughters and all prayers are welcome. My husband's cousin Tracy, lost her battle with cancer at 11:30 pm on June 18th. She leaves behind a husband, 11 yo daughter Samantha, 15 yo daughter Anna and 3 stepchildren. She put up a brave fight for many years. May she rest in peace with the Lord now. Linda G. Craig
I'm told that chemo makes a person very chilly, so this quilt will surely warm her spirits as well as her body. You did such a lovely job, the back looks as pretty as the front. How very thoughtful of you, I'm sure she'll love it. Thoughts and Prayers to her and her family. PattyJo
What a beautiful & cozy quilt for your DH's cousin. Every time I hear of someone on chemo, I think of the many times that I went with my DH, sitting there with him while he received his treatment. Having absolutely no control over anything, and trying to be his cheerleader as he had to go through it. So prayers will be going up for her and her family and friends who are walking with her through it all.
