Good job Caron. I love that pattern and I know what you mean about avoiding the bullet proof poly - I have a king size quilt that my aunt made from all double knit:o! I love the feathers in the sashing and the echo quilting. A good remedy for this quilt to be made into a family treasure.

How beautiful!!! I love all of it. I just purchased 21 blocks from a quilt guild that someone had donated and Mother wanted them so I gave them to her tonight. You could tell that they are old and no telling how old the lady that did them was. I can't wait to see what Mom does and then i will quilt it for us. Thanks for giving me some ideas and maybe I will have my machine and frame by then. Thanks for sharing!!!

Excellent! What you did with that quilt is beautiful! Maybe it is a good thing

she washed them, I like the ones that smell like the cedar chest, but NOT

dirty quilts....... who knows..... maybe her aunt had more than a herd of

critters in her house and they needed washing! LOL!
