LibbyG
My thoughts and prayers are with Dave. Here's hoping he's already pain free and on his way to recovery.
Quilting Heidi
That is great news! I had foot surgery and was able to quilt the 2nd week but it is tricky! LOL I sat on my saddle stool and rested my foot on another chair that rolls along. It is tough to keep it high enough though! Be careful and let it heal before you push it. Neher-in-law5
What good news. Can't you just picture him with one foot in a sling from a bungee cord from the ceiling and wheeling back and forth along the quilting machine?! Enjoy the chance to rest and be ready when they give you the go ahead.

Guest Linda S
Yeah! Sounds like good news. I've seen lots of folks with little scooters that you kneel on with the leg that has the bad foot and scoot yourself with your good foot. Looks kind of fun! Sure beats crutches. But, it's Christmas, so rest up for a few days before you start trying to quilt, Dave!
