bobbi
I loved the stack and whack from last week(?) Here's my version... It's always interesting to see what the quilt tells us to do with it! This quilt was quite wonky, but in the end it came out beautifully... SHE loved it! Said she would make everyone in her group jealous... (just send me the business! LOL)
bobbi
more... The "good" fabric tends to ravel quite a bit and sometimes quilters miss the seam and forget to check as is the case here... I stitched it by hand. I used So Fine top and bottom, changed from my feathers to bump bump feathers half way thru... MY FIRST! I now like them cause they're not as "thready"... bobbi
Thanks so much for the WOWS! I usually don't like what I'm doing on a quilt til I'm finished... This one - I was excited from the beginning... Judy B - I'm sorry ! I didn't get a whole pic! It was set on point and only had a 2 1/2" border... I stitched silver leaves on a vine... Hope that helps... It was 72"x72".
bobbi
I also found I could control the size of my feathers better with the "bump bump"... I did still have to draw them with chalk... I'll get better!
